A Friendly Approach

Whitefield Golf Club is one of the longest established golf courses in the North West, with a history stretching back to 1932. This 18-hole parkland (par 69) course presents a challenge to players of all abilities. The variety and appeal of this mature golf course, with its superb putting surfaces, undulating, partly tree-lined fairways and spectacular views make for a truly enjoyable round of golf.

Superb leisure facilities include a comfortable bar and inviting restaurant and the Clubhouse provides modern facilities.

Green Fees

Green fees vary depending upon the day and time of day, but are always competitive. At Whitefield there’s often availability on Saturday mornings, when most other local clubs are closed for members only or competitions.

All golfers must present themselves to the Pro Shop 10 minutes before tee-off time. 

  • Trolly & Buggy Hire

    Trolly Hire is available, both powered and none powered, we also have Buggy hire, please call 0161 351 2700 or 0161 351 2709 for availability.​

  • Club Rules & Dress Code

    Smart casual dress must be worn at all times. Shirts must have a collar and sleeves. Golf shoes or suitable trainers. No denim, tracksuits, football/rugby shirts. Local Rules must be followed and are displayed in the Clubhouse. We are a forward thinking club, if in doubt simply ask in the pro shop.

    All golfers must present themselves to the Pro Shop 10 minutes before tee-off time. Please avoid slow play.
